Batch Re-Entry & Continuity Policy

(Applicable to all Online & Offline Mentorship Programs)

Enrollment Token / Seat Booking Fee

  • An Enrollment Token (Seat Booking Fee) is required to confirm and reserve a seat in a specific mentorship batch.

  • This token amount is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • If a student changes their decision, withdraws, or drops out of the course at any stage, the enrollment token will not be refunded.

  • The token amount is adjusted in the total course fee only if the student continues with the same batch.

  • Seats are limited, and once a seat is booked, it is blocked exclusively for the enrolled student.

Goodwill Access (Non-Monetary Compensation)

  • In case of voluntary withdrawal or change of decision, while the enrollment token remains non-refundable, the student will be granted complimentary access to:

    • The Vocal Mixing Course, and

    • The Synthwave Production Course

  • This access is provided as a goodwill gesture only, to help compensate for the seat booking amount.

  • This access:

    • Does not carry mentorship, feedback, or live support

    • Cannot be exchanged for cash or adjusted against ny future program fees

    • Does not imply refund eligibility

1. Batch Continuity Responsibility

Each mentorship batch follows a structured learning path.

Maintaining continuity within the batch is the responsibility of the student.

If a student misses a major portion of the program, batch continuity is considered broken.

A “major portion” includes (but is not limited to):

  • Missing 30–40% or more of live classes

  • Missing multiple consecutive sessions

  • Missing core or foundational modules required to progress

2. Re-Entry Options (Standardized)

To maintain fairness for all students and protect batch quality, only the following two re-entry paths are available.

Path 1: Re-Entry Fee (One-Time Concession)

  • Students may request to resume from a relevant module in a future batch by paying a Re-Entry Fee equivalent to 30–40% of the current course fee.

  • This fee must be paid upfront.

  • Re-entry is subject to:

    • Batch availability

    • Academic compatibility with the ongoing batch

  • This concession is allowed only once per student.

Note: Re-entry does not reset the full mentorship duration.

Path 2: Full Re-Enrollment

  • In cases of extended absence, long gaps, or repeated discontinuity, students may be required to re-enroll.

  • Full re-enrollment is charged at 60–70% of the current course fee.

  • The student joins as a fresh enrollment with:

    • New batch timeline

    • New mentorship term

    • No carry-forward benefits

3. What Is Not Permitted ❌

  • Free batch transfers

  • Carry-forward of missed classes

  • Adjustment of remaining sessions

  • Attendance-based fee recalculations

4. Approval Clause

All re-entry requests are:

  • Reviewed on a case-by-case basis

  • Subject to mentor availability and batch capacity

  • Finalized solely at the discretion of the academy

5. Policy Acceptance

Enrollment in any mentorship program implies full acceptance of this Batch Re-Entry & Continuity Policy.

Exceptions, if any, must be explicitly approved in writing.
